Support your students from classroom idea to fair-day exhibit. Safety and ethics approval happens on the project in the teacher portal.

Your role

  • Help students choose an appropriate challenge and submission type (experiment or study).
  • Review ethics/safety before they collect data.
  • Confirm the project is the students’ own work and suitable for public display.
  • Log in, join as a teacher for this fair year, and approve projects where you are the sponsoring teacher.

Registration flow

  1. Student creates an account, joins as student, and registers a project draft (naming you as sponsoring teacher).
  2. You log in, join as teacher, and open the teacher project list.
  3. Approve safety/ethics on each project (sets status to approved).
  4. Committee reviews submissions ahead of fair day.

There is no separate one-shot approval form — approval is tied to the project and your teacher year-role.
